2. Acknowledgement

By using our Website or Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally authorised to accept these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or an authorised provider.

Price changes may occur with prior notice.

4. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial period (e.g. 7 days) for select plans. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry. You may be required to enter payment details when starting a trial.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

No refunds are issued for partial months or unused access unless required by UK consumer law.

Refunds for credit top-ups or add-ons are not offered unless faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Support & Service Levels

Standard plans include email/helpdesk support. Premium plans include priority handling.

We aim to respond to support requests within 4–8 UK business hours.

Support is technical in nature; we do not provide training or onboarding unless agreed separately.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree:

To upload only lawful, relevant, and accurate information.

Not to misuse, resell, or exploit the platform for unlawful purposes.

Not to upload copyrighted, harmful, or misleading content.

To protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, and software (excluding user-submitted content) remain the intellectual property of UK ICT LTD or Stammer.ai.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitations of Liability

We do not accept liability for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Data loss caused by user error, system fault, or third-party tools.

More than the total amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to a claim.
